Session Fees and Rebates

The Australian Psychological Society recommended fee for a standard 46–60 minute consultation is $318 for the 2025–2026 financial year. Our standard session fees are set below this rate.

Fee Structure

Funding Pathways

DVA Clients

White and Gold Card holders may receive fully funded care with a GP referral. Up to 12 sessions per calendar year are typically approved. Additional sessions may be approved where clinically indicated.

QPS Self-Refer Program

Fully funded, up to six sessions per calendar year, accessed via the Self-Refer website. No GP referral required. Additional sessions may be approved where clinically indicated.

Medicare

Up to 10 sessions per calendar year with a Mental Health Care Plan from a GP.

Private Health

Private health rebates may apply depending on your provider and level of cover. Please check directly with your insurer.

Payment & Third-Party Funding

• Full payment is required at the time of service.
• Third-party funding must be approved prior to the first session.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so the appointment can be made available to another client. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur the full session fee.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee. Third-party funders may not cover late cancellation or missed appointment fees.

Before Your Appointment

Before your first appointment, please:

• complete any forms sent to you;
• upload referral documents if required;
• have Medicare, private health, DVA, QPS service number or funding details ready;
• ensure payment details are available;
• choose a private space for telehealth;
• set up and check your zoom link works.
