Session Fees and Rebates
The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends $318 for a standard 46–60-minute consultation (2025–2026). Our fees are below this rate because we believe everyone deserves access to care and support.

Funding Pathways
- DVA Clients: White/Gold Card holders receive fully funded care with a GP referral. Typically up to 12 sessions a calendar year are approved.
- QPS Self-Refer Program: Fully funded, up to six sessions per calendar year, accessed via the Self-Refer website; no GP referral required.
- Medicare: Up to 10 sessions per calendar year with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or psychiatrist.
- Private Health: Many funds provide partial rebates; your rebate will depend on your provider.
Payment & Third-Party Funding
- Full payment is required at the time of service.
- Third-party funding must be approved before your first session.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may incur a full session fee.
Before Your Appointment
- Please complete any online forms emailed to you.
- Upload a referral if required.
- Have your Medicare, private health, or DVA card numbers
- Have payment details ready to complete your session.
- Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and feel comfortable.
