Session Fees and Rebates

The Australian Psychological Society suggested fee for a standard 46–60 minute consultation is $330 for the 2026–2027 financial year. Our standard session fees are set below this rate.

Funding Pathways

DVA Clients

We welcome DVA clients, DVA Veteran Cards (Gold and White) are accepted as payment upon a GP referral.

Current DVA referral and treatment-cycle requirements apply. If you are unsure what referral information is required, please contact us before your appointment.

QPS SelfRefer Program

Eligible QPS employees can access up to six psychology sessions per financial year through the SelfRefer Program without requiring a GP referral.

Sessions are funded through the program and are provided by approved external SelfRefer providers. If you are accessing The Integration Centre through SelfRefer, please let us know when booking.

Workers Compensation & Insurance

The Integration Centre works with WorkCover Queensland, Comcare and the Insurance Commission of Western Australia (ICWA), and welcomes referrals through relevant workers compensation and insurance schemes across Australian states and territories.

Referral, approval and funding requirements vary between schemes. Please contact us if you are unsure what is required for your particular pathway.

Medicare

Eligible clients can access Medicare rebates for psychological treatment with an appropriate Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral.

Medicare currently provides rebates for up to 10 individual mental health treatment services per calendar year, subject to eligibility and referral requirements.

Private Health

Private health rebates may be available depending on your insurer and level of cover. Please check directly with your private health fund regarding psychology benefits.

Payment & Third-Party Funding

Private and Medicare appointments are payable at the time of service.

For DVA, SelfRefer, workers compensation and other third-party funded appointments, the relevant referral or funding approval must be confirmed before treatment commences.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, may incur the full session fee.

Cancellation fees may not be covered by Medicare, DVA, workers compensation, insurers or other third-party funding arrangements.
