Session Fees and Rebates
The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends $318 for a standard 46–60 minute consultation (2025–2026). Our fees are set below this rate.

Funding Pathways
- DVA Clients: White and Gold Card holders receive fully funded care with a GP referral. Up to 12 sessions per calendar year are typically approved. Additional sessions may be approved where clinically indicated.
- QPS Self-Refer Program: Fully funded, up to six sessions per calendar year, accessed via the Self-Refer website. No GP referral required. Additional sessions may be approved where clinically indicated.
- Medicare: Up to 10 sessions per calendar year with a Mental Health Care Plan from a GP or psychiatrist.
- Private Health: Rebates may apply depending on your provider and level of cover.
Payment & Third-Party Funding
- Full payment is required at the time of service.
- Third-party funding must be approved prior to the first session.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the appointment can be made available to another client. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur the full session fee.
Before Your Appointment
- Please complete any online forms emailed to you.
- Upload a referral if required.
- Have your Medicare, private health, or DVA card numbers
- Have payment details ready to complete your session.
- Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and feel comfortable.
